When we listed the historic three-story building at 38 E. Pine Street in downtown Orlando for sale, we discovered it was once home to Central Florida’s first Savings and Loan. A close friend purchased the property and, during due diligence, invited Jeff to join him and others in moving into the building. The original vault remains on the first floor, preserving a piece of its 100-year history.

The word "vault" resonates with us—it signifies security, stability, and trustworthiness, much like the foundation of our work in commercial real estate. It also suggests movement, growth, and momentum. Interestingly, the previous owners operated a private club in the building called “The Vault,” inspiring the name of our new venture: The Vault 100 CRE, LLC. "CRE" stands for Commercial Real Estate, and our email format follows a sleek, simple structure: first initial, last name @tv100cre.com—pretty cool, right?
